All purchases made through www.maisondeiris.com are eligible for exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (size/article mismatch) at the time of delivery.
The request is made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Customers must email contact@maisondeiris.com with proof (images/videos) of the issue.
Products purchased online may be exchanged via our online platform (and retail store, if applicable), provided:
· The item is in original condition
· All tags and labels are intact
Non-Eligible Exchange Scenarios
Certain cases may not qualify for exchange, including:
· Requests made beyond the 14-day exchange window
· Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
· Items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
· Products that have been tampered with
· Missing tags, packaging, or invoice
Important Notes
Please do not accept any parcel if the packaging is damaged or opened. IRIS will not be responsible for such claims.
All orders from www.maisondeiris.com are dispatched in secure, sealed packaging.
